Advisory Board

From a mainstream secondary career starting in Liverpool 26 years ago to Executive Headship & Headship in Special Schools and Alternative Provisions across London, the south east and the north west.
Currently coaching senior leaders in schools, providing leadership development training and consulting in trauma informed practice.
I love working with people and teams who are passionate about getting the very best outcomes for children and young people in special schools and alternative providers.
With over 40 years of experience of working with young people in education, Tony has vast experience of supporting vulnerable young people having been a Head of the Virtual School for Children in Care and Care Leavers in Stoke-on-Trent, Headteacher, associate head and deputy head in mainstream and also an Ofsted inspector.
Tony has also contributed to national policy and practice for children and young people in care, focusing mental health (attachment and trauma), and housing and leaving care.
With a wealth of experience in both business and education, Paula is an expert in Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance having spent the last 8+ years supporting students to access impartial CEAIG.
She is an advocate for person-centric delivery and champions high-quality execution and relationship management. Her vision for the business includes ethical practice, innovative thinking and intelligence led decision making.
Amanda is a senior university leader with over 21 years of experience in the further and higher education sectors. With a strong track record of driving excellence in leadership within teaching and learning, from foundation to doctoral level, she also has a wealth of experience in curriculum development for professional development.
Amanda is also currently an Associate Editor for the British Educational Research Journal.
