Pastoral Support

At Progress Schools we are committed to giving each student extra support and attention to help them succeed. Our small class sizes enable our staff to offer the most individualised support possible. Support staff are on hand to provide students with 1:1 time to enable them to fully engage with their education and meet their full potential.

At Progress Schools we conduct a STAR assessment to mark a starting point for each student’s journey across eight different areas, including, relationships and health & wellbeing.

As part of our Pastoral Support, parents and carers can contact individual staff, allowing them to air concerns directly with their child’s teacher or Head of School. We pride ourselves on our open door policy and want parents and carers to feel they can come in and discuss any issues their child may be facing that could impact their education.
